Job Description
As an FAA Repair Station Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle inquiries, coordinate services, and assist with the smooth operation of our repair station.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to schedule services and ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, updating records, and handling billing inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of FAA regulations and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by providing excellent customer service and promoting company services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry or an FAA repair station environment.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and aviation terminology is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
